Registration Instructions

1. Go to Group Registration under the Register drop-down list.
2. Fill out the online form and pay your deposit for your group. You will then receive a confirmation email.
3. Go to the Forms page found under the Register drop-down list to find the mandatory forms for all students, adults, and TLs.
   • Every person must fill out a waiver.
   • Anyone 18 years or older (INCLUDING STUDENTS)  MUST fill out a Background Check Form online. This form can be found on the forms page under the register  tab — Due Date NO LATER THAN May 25^th.
   • TLs must fill out a Questionnaire
   • TLs must have one online reference submitted
4. Once you’ve registered your group, fill out the Rooming List Worksheet online by June 7th.
5. Pay your final balance no later than June 7^th by going to the Pay Balance form under the Register drop down. Jessica will email you a week before the due date to let you know what your final balance is.
