This is to be used by the Youth Leaders or authorized church representative. If you are an individual attendee please contact your Youth Leader.
- Go to Group Registration under the Register drop-down list.
- Fill out the online form and pay your deposit for your group. You will then receive a confirmation email.
- Go to the Forms page found under the Register drop-down list to find the mandatory forms for all students, adults, and TLs.
- Every person must fill out a waiver and have it notarized. (These MUST be turned in at check-in).
- Anyone 18 years or older (INCLUDING STUDENTS) MUST fill out a Background Check Permission Form online. This form can be found on the forms page under the register tab — Due Date NO LATER THAN May 28th.
- TLs must fill out a Questionnaire
- TLs must have one online reference submitted
- All Purple and Brown school students must have an Off-Campus-Release-2022 filled out
- Once you’ve registered your group, fill out the Rooming List Worksheet and email it to Jessica Palmer at email@example.com no later than June 11th.
- Pay your final balance no later than June 11th by going to the Pay Balance form under the Register drop down. Jessica will email you a week before the due date to let you know what your final balance is.
- Come to camp with your Waivers and Off-Campus Release Forms and have a great week.

July 10th – Executive Staff (Deans, Associate Deans, TLC, TLs) arrive
